I ordered a box of certain vape pods, they accidently sent the correct brand but wrong model (very easy mistake to make since the boxes are identical with 1 different number on it). I sent them a message and they immediately sent me not only the correct one but a extra one as well with a sincere apology. They told me not to worry about sending the wrong item back.
