Excellent, friendly and personable experience. A breath of fresh air having Jan personally take care of my MacBook sale. I, like others was apprehensive reading some of the past reviews but based on my personal experience I can recommend and they’ve really sorted any previous issues out. It’s rare we get to correspond with a human these days and not an automated robot!
