I found Shoreditch Macs via an online search after I had a frustrating experience with the Apple Store in Stratford. I made contact via email and Shoreditch Macs were very responsive, giving me information about how long the repair would take, price, checking they had a replacement battery in stock, and advising me of engineer availability. I was in the neighbourhood on a Wednesday morning and called in person, the guys installed a macbook air battery in less than 10mins. Great service, good price, 3 month warranty on the repair. I recommend them to anyone.
