The quality of the number plate and packaging was good but their communication was non existent. I needed a number plate the next day and ordered in time for the postal deadline and tried to ask if they could send it guaranteed next day. I never heard back from them after sending three emails (there is no number to call) so ordered another plate from a different company and thankfully it arrived in time.
