Rear plate for a motorcycle was received damaged - in damaged packaging - and letters and digits were out of line with the backing plate by as much as 3mm. Repeated attempts to communicate with the company in writing were ignored and eventually the replacement plate had to be ordered from another company. A very disappointing experience!
