First set of plates were damaged during delivery, but would have been rejected due to bad workmanship. Replacements were received within 2 days, these plates look different to the first, as if tinted....luckily I like them. But sadly the plates were obviously not fully cleaned before applying the characters as there are bits stuck inside the plastic, this is only obvious on closer inspection. My advice to the company, mark the envelope with fragile and make sure plates are fully cleaned before application of characters.
