It was extremely easy to order and pay.
The problem occurred when I received the plates and they had sent me someone elses. I had to contact them to make them aware of their error and I wasn't impressed with their response, it was hardly apologetic.
My concern was where my private registration had been sent to and could it end up being cloaned or something and the poor person who plates i was sent that obviously aren't aware of their error.
I would hope they have now implicated extra measures to make sure this error doesn't happen again but just be ware.
