I wasn’t happy with the back number plate as it didn’t look anything like the template I made up. I tried to contact them via email and I left a message on their answering service saying that I wasn’t happy with the back plate. After a couple of days I hadn’t heard back from them so gave them an ultimatum to contact me or I would contact PayPal. They immediately came back with an apology and offered me a full refund which I’ve just received. So basically what I would like to say is, although they were rather slow in answering my query, they had no hesitation in resolving the issue!! Many thanks.
