No Customer Service!
Ordered on a Saturday, checked progress on Tuesday using link to Royal Mail via their website. Royal Mail stated "sender preparing item" so contacted them via e-mail as they state "Same Day Dispatch"; so I expected the item to have been posted on Monday!
NO REPLY to this date, completely ignored my e-mail!
Item arrived a few days later - but that still doesn't excuse their lack of contact to my query!
