Sales staff are rude, not professional or helpful. They put a phone number that redirects you to email so pointless but lead you into a false security of being able to speak on the phone. Service was not satisfactory and when I asked for a refund they "dont do refunds" I think they maybe need to check consumer rights before they carry on trading
