The term Customer Service sometimes connotes sterility. At Showers Pass, an outdoor sport clothing outfit, dealing with any staff member, whether over the phone or via e-mail, one experiences Personal Service. Although I live 1,200 miles from its doorstep, SP is my neighborhood shop.
