I have to say that with a doubt the customer service is the best I have experienced in a very long time, most likely ever. I purchased a pair of Skyline pants way before Christmas as a presenet because they were on sale at the time. As it turns out the pants were a bit too tight for my brother, given that the return policy is 30 days, I was able to exchange them for differnet style at the pre-Christmas sale price. To me this is unheard of nowadays. Top it off I was not charged for shipping. To me, it says that the company is honest and truly cares about the customers, not just the bottom line.
