My delivery was late by more than two weeks! But, Showers Pass certainly made it right. They listened to my complaints and then made it right! Without even a question asked, they sent me another pair of the gloves I had ordered!! Shower Pass is certainly a company that stand by their morals. What a refreshing experience!!!!
