I secured an Elements bike riding jacket and Timberline pants from your internet site back on November 15. I was in the Porland store on November 20 where I made a size change on the pants and also bought club shoe covers for my shoes. Having ridden through the winter (I live near Tacoma, WA) I am so happy I made my purchases. Looking back, I received excellent and patient help (I range between L & XL sizes) when I was at the store and your personnel were sensitive to my price parameters.
