My need was a cycling rain jacket. The Showers Pass web site does a nice job displaying their products, and placing an order went very smoothly - but when I recieved the jacket it was immediately obvious that it was too small. The customer support team did an excellent job of guiding me to another rain jacket of the right size, and getting my new order out the door. I need to point out that the customer reviews that I relied on for sizing (in addition to Showers Pass' own sizing guidelines) are not helpful as there are dozens of reviews where SP's declaration of size conflicts with the customer's narritive of size. That really should be corrected. Overall I'm pleased with Showers Pass and will be ordering other products in the future.
