Same here. Very happy with the service for a number of years. Then they took my monthly payment twice in February, 4 times in March, 3 times in April, 13 times in May and already 4 times in June. No way to contact them. The chat facility on their website doesn't work, they don't answer their phone, emails get no response.
I have spoken to the bank cancelled all further payments and reported them as fraudsters.
I think the business went wrong and the owner turned rogue, maybe under pressure of debt but it's not our problem, why should we be made to pay?
