The same boat as everyone else.
There has been multiple payments coming out on an almost daily basis for £5.99 each. I have contacted the bank about this, however as the direct debit has a different reference number each time, they have been able to continue taking payments.
I have emailed SMTN 4-5 times in the past 2 weeks with no response. Tried calling them to no avail. The chat doesnt work.
Definitely illegitimate activity.
