I've been taking turkey tail for 3 years now . This is the first time I've changed supplier and have to say, it's also the first time I've noticed a huge difference. I bought Lions mane and turkey tail and I'm back for more. Focussed, alertness and general mental health is on fire right now... since I started taking shroomex.
