A dishonest company! Purchased a pair of Birkenstock sandals but were the wrong size. Returned item and have proof of posting. No response. No sandals and no refund. Telephone lines are always busy whatever time you call. Sent a registered letter - still nothing. Have delved into the company on line and it all looks flakey. Do not deal with this company -they are not trustworthy and they still owe me money. They are BAD NEWS!
