Very expensive 0800 phone number and you wait 20 minutes for someone to pickup. If not, after 30 minutes it's disconnecting you and you have to call them back and wait another 20-30 minutes. My reportgage application expired because of bad communication. Their hiring people for half day only - someone is sending an email to you, you replying to them hoping for a quick answer and then you getting autoreply that this person is off for the rest of the week!!! Not recommended!!!. If your bank offer you this solicitor refuse and find one on your own.
