Shutl 'lost/stole' my parcel and then sent me an invoice for it. When I said I was not going to pay it they threatened to blacklist me which would affect my Ebay account. Something needs to be done about these thieves.
The parcel was far too big to be 'lost'
Whoever runs this racket should be arrested
