I chose enhanced compensation and Hermes as the carrier. Hermes have confirmed they cover lampshades. However, shutl said when they have the word 'lighting' in thier non compensation list , that lampshades are not covered. Parcel (cardboard box ) is very clearly smashed in by hermes and Shutl are saying not covered but if i had booked directly through hermes and not Sutl I would be covered.
