Ordered shutters in May fitter came in October the bedroom ones were made wrong, fitter took photos, waited until Dec didn't hear anything phoned them up they said could someone come around and take photos, they already had photos from October now it's the end of March and the fitter came back today to refit them, they have been made wrong again and haven't even contacted us
