Terrible company. I have emailed and telephoned. No response to my emails, no one answers their various phone numbers or responds to messages. I wanted to send a book to an elderly uncle with a personal message. Wasted the moment waiting and still waiting on my order. Worse company I have ever dealt with. Should be prosecuted 🤬
