From the beginning they failed me at every stage of my interactions with them. Months and months in and still no working e-commerse store and website. They've actually lied saying the site is up and running so I ordered products from my website and they never arrived. They even failed to provide a working store and website for the official launch of both to clients which I had to attend with no working store. Upto the last minute they promised they'd be ready to go live by the launch date. They failed. That launch was months ago. Time and time again they told me they have fixed the problems and they haven't. 2k plus down and still no usable store or website. Don't use these shocking people.
