This seems like a place people just come to complain, but I must say, I've had excellent service from Simon Says Stamp for over 15 years. I am consistently able to find quality products at a one stop shop. Their service team is kind and helpful, Simon provides me a lot of inspiration and education for the products I purchase. During covid they had to shut down for a few weeks (like most everyone else) but stayed in contact with me and were transparent with updates.
