Thanks anonymous, I have made a formal report to the UK fraud police, local fraud police, banks fraud investigation and our insurance company. A bunch of low life thieves, manipulating and stealing money from unsuspecting senior citizens. I’m hoping we can solve this terrible situation successfully. In the meantime this is indeed a stressful Situation. It’s hard to believe a COMPANY can operate this way. Gail
