My Account Manager was informed that this broker has been the worst I have ever used. Each time I ask them to withdraw money from my account, they either fabricate a reason not to comply with my request or ignore my communications. I sent them an email stating that I wanted to cancel my account and want my money back due to the length of time this process has taken. And I'm not getting a response from them, exactly like they did before. Emails have been sent in follow-up, but no response has been received.
