They have frozen my withdrawals with no answers as to why they have done so. It has been frozen for 30 days now. No communication whatsoever. Not even a number I can call, or a live chat that i can get proper information from. I sent many emails which they have responded to non. Seems like another crypto exchange who doesn't give a damn about customer service and only thinks about raking in fees and earning money
But gladly that I had the last laugh because Fosterboon.org helped me to unfreeze my account and got my money out.
