I have been conducting transactions with Simplex in the past with no problems but today I Have been blindsided i converted £3000 to USDT and i was paid 3593 USDT which ultimately lead to a loss or cost of transaction approximately of 500 usdt . This is a rip off to get so short-changed over a simple transaction . I spoke to the service rep asking for a reversal this was refused .
