Absolutely appalling service, I had my account suspended due to fraudulent activity, this in reality is a good thing, the problems started when I contacted simply be regarding this, because I hadn’t checked my account for a couple of weeks I wasn’t aware of this, no email or telephone call from them advising me of this,I explained to customer service several times explaining what had happened and the last lady I spoke to was more than helpful, I emailed the “investigation team “ again only to receive an email back saying we have received your email and please do not email us again, this is being dealt with, this has been ongoing for 6 weeks. Obviously still no response.
