Awful! First time customer and returned the item for a refund. Hermes collected the item and left a 'sorry we missed u card' which was blank. No proper proof that they collected it. The woman left before i realised. My item was then lost by Hermes and all record of my return lost aswell, even though i used the app. The customer service from simply be was shocking. They refused to try and trace the item using the delivery label i still had a copy of and said they won't refund as i didnt keep the proof of collection. It appears they cant read when i told them many times i was not given it!! I will NEVER use them again. £35 out of pocket for nothing. Avoid!
