The shoes themselves were OK except one had a fault so I wanted to return them. I called customer service to ask how I do an exchange ( you cant, you have to buy a new pair, return the old ones the call them to ask for a refund for the difference as I have a new customer discount code). That was all ok except for the fact that today I got my phone bill and was charged £8 for a 10min conversation for them to tell me tat. And had I called again to get the refund, it would have cost me more than the refund. Not happy with that at all.
