I ordered a dress that I have in numerous different patterns. When it came it was in my estimate a size 16+ rather than a size 10 as was on the label. I sent an email requesting a replacement or return as the product was faulty. I even attached a photo of me wearing the dress, clearly outsized. I asked if I needed to return if they would reimburse the 5.99 I paid for fast delivery. I received a generic email in response saying different vendors have different sizes and to follow the normal returns process. Really disappointing as the item is not a size 10.
