Ordered 4 items. Paid issuing a 20% code. Chose for it to be delivered to a local drop off point offered by them. A week passes, no parcel. Waited for nearly an hour for their chat to get to me. They say I refused the parcel. How could I when it was a drop off point? The only option is for a refund, at some point, after they investigate. No items, no money… and the items I wanted are now a lot higher in price! Not good!
