Worse customer services ever. The app gives you time of over 2 hours to speak to a customer service advisor - if you hold one never comes online to talk. If you ring - expect to be lied to. I was told that my order was cancelled as it wasbuout of stock. Then told that it had be delivered. Not sure how out of stock items are delivered. Explained that I had order this ten days ago and yet to receive, told that I was wrong. Had to count down and show it was ten days. I have been billed for items - was told ow but you do not have to pay! Total waste of time. Staff do not care. Even line manager did not know how the delivery system worked.
