My watch arrived with condensationin and a scratch on the watch face. Apparently because I had to open the box to be able to view the watch it makes the item non returnable! The financial ombudsman is now dealing with this. I would tell customers not to order anything from this company Apparently they have a bad reputation. I'd have to agree
