Firstly I have not used my account details for months. I then receive an email saying my item would be delivered. I promptly emailed the company and said it was a mistake I had not ordered anything!
Yes you have was the reply which I catergorically denied as I had not.
Many emails - then courier tried to deliver which I refused to accept and did not sign for anything.
I then get an email saying my item had been delivered successfully??? I hadn't touched the machine but it bore my initials??? I had not accepted the item.
More emails and tracking showed it was sent back to Simply Be on the 26th June.
More emails - why haven't they refunded me? Yes they had taken money from my bank account for something I had not ordered and did not accept delivery of.
They will refund me when the item is back in the warehouse? Where is it if it isn't there yet?
I am deeply upset by their attitude and more so the fact they still have my money for something I did not order or accept delivery of.
I am 65 years old nearly with arthritis what do I need with a pair of cycling shorts 2 sizes too big for me.
I will never ever use this company again. I am also sharing this review with other sites as it is a true description of the unsatisfactory service they provide.
