UNAUTHORISED CREDIT CHECK!
After almost a month since my order, being lied to several times about being contacted, I have now been told that simply be are doing a credit check. I DID NOT request a credit account. I have paid for the order by card payment. They are still holding my order and have illegally now processed a credit check.
Absolutely ridiculous company. From reading reviews, it seems I am not the only person they have done this to!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM SIMPLY BE. THEY ARE MISUSING CUSTOMER INFORMATION!!
