Hi, Generally, I'm very pleased with the service and delivery times. Products are suitable for some of our applications although we also buy direct from SKF where bearing quality is paramount. As an OEM, we get better prices from SKF than most bearing suppliers would. I normally buy the same items and it would be useful if the web site could show me recently purchased items when I log in. This would save me time trying to find the exact item required. Also, Although I am an account customer, when I get to the "checkout" I am always asked for card details.
