With my last order I said I wanted two packs of 2 off circlips D1300-047 . The girl who took my order pointed out I could make a saving by buying one pack of 5 circlips which I thought most helpful .However I received in my order two packs of 5 off circlips which cost me more and I have 6 circlips I do not need . This I found most amusing , proving you should never assume anything and I must listen carefully when my next order is read back to me .
