Ordering, payment and delivery were excellent, 100% ! However, the product was not fit for purpose and of a quality far below what was expected. Quite frankly it was a joke, it would be hard to consider buying anything from your company again.
If this item is not representative of your product range I suggest you cut your losses and dispatch them to the nearest skip.
