Initial phone calls regarding replacement of narrowboat rudder bearing and housing helpful but could not resolve order requirements.
Eventually took old bearing in, and after a false zero, staff successfully found the exact equivalent on the shelves, saving a lot of travelling and nuisance.
Staff friendly and keen to help throughout.
