I bought a pair of circlips. I only needed one but they only sold them in pairs. The product was as I expected. I thought the postage and packing cost was high for acirclip that could be put in an envelope.
By mistake I actually ordered two pairs of circlips. They accepted the return of the second pair without quibble and promptly refunded my PayPal account. This was an excellent after sales service.
