I needed a Vee belt, so checked out the charts on the website. Having found the one I wanted the site wouldn't take my order. Reverting to old fashioned telephone a very helpful lady took my order and appoligsed for the website inconvenience. The order arrived next working day via first class post. I have no complaints and would use this firm again.
