Two important thoughts: My two orders were delivered promptly and the three items within the two separate consignments were entirely correct. I am not a regular purchaser from Simply Bearings, but the above itself suggests a consistency to its clientele. An important part of consumer satisfaction is missing from the above - the efficiency of a damaged return or incorrect item and its resolution. I do not award points/stars lightly. One other point. I loathe the preordained satisfaction statements that companies like consumers to agree to regarding their services. If this were one, I would have ignored it.
