I purchased my second canvas and realised I had not used my discount at the checkout. I contacted simply canvas and there was not problem to refund my discount the customer service gentleman was very helpful and efficient and assured me it was not a problem. My purchase arrived 2 days after ordering it was packed with care and once again fantastic service thank you
