I rang customer services after opening my wall art to advise that it was damaged. The young lady (Akeisha) I think was extremely helpful and asked me to email photos of the damage which I did. Once she had reviewed the photos she agreed that a replacement was needed and I am pleased to say that I received a new one yesterday which was perfect. Thanks for such great customer service and the speed of the delivery of the new one was amazing! Highly recommended.
