I use Liquid Gold combined with 30mg patches everyday, I suffer with osteoarthritis in both knees and spine. It hasn't taken away all the pain, but is certainly taken the edge off it. I'm able to move a bit more. I'm very pleased with it. I also suffer with anxiety and depression, my anxiety is much better.
I also take Turmeric Golden Paste in a milky coffee in the morning, which is lovely, totally recommend anyone to try it.
