With a previous issue that was absolutely out of my control, they have now cancelled all pre-orders I tried to make with them. I then queried why and they said "due to issues" (their issues may I add) then even went on to comment how they will "not reply to any further communication from me and cancel future purchases"
I am always fair and polite and was treat very unfairly. I was just a paying customer and they were nothing but awful to me. Avoid. Other companies deserve your money more than these crooks.
I recommend The Game Collection and 365 (very nice customer service and prices)
